The HC has handed over the investigation into the murder of a Jaipur Vidut Vitaran Nigam Ltd (JVVNL) employee and loot of Rs 11 lakh in cash and Rs 7 lakh worth cheques under Aravalli Vihar police station in Alwar in July last year to the Special Operations Group (SOG).
