ONALASKA — Challenger Jack Pogreba and Onalaska Mayor Joe Chilsen weren’t combative in their first forum together, despite the fact that Pogreba’s successful challenge of Chilsen’s nomination papers means the incumbent isn’t even on the April 5 ballot.
