Students at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT)’s Soshanguve campuses were outraged at management’s decision to shut down the campuses for a month. On Tuesday, the TUT management shut down the Soshanguve campuses until next month due to the ongoing disruption of lectures. Student Representative Council (SRC) deputy president Sthembiso Shandu told TimesLIVE, "We'd rather die here, in Soshanguve, fighting for the education that we came here for".
