Mother posts her son’s girlfriend naked photo after she dumped him

– She then broke up with him and his mom posted her photo online
– She now faces charges of cyberbullying of a child and child pornography
Danita Michaux, 39, Pennsylvania, shared a naked photograph of a 12-year-old girl on social media after the girl broke up with her son.
Pennsylvania State Police say a woman cyberbullied her son’s ex-girlfriend by posting online a nude picture
The girl reportedly sent the picture to her the then boyfriend same age showing her naked from the waist up in 2013. But when the coulpe split up, the boy’s launched her bullying campaign — she posted her topless photo on Facebook and sent the girl’s aunt harassing messages.

Trooper Matthew Jardine, of Pennsylvania State Police, commented on the incident: “If you possess a nude photo of a person under the age of 18, you are in possession of child pornography, and if you send it to someone else, you are distributing child photography.”

Police have issued an arrest warrant for Mrs Michaux over the alleged revenge porn. She now faces multiple charges, including felony dissemination of child sex acts, child pornography and cyber harassment of a child.
