Quickfires and amuse-bouches and restaurant wars — 10 years of Top Chef has given us a lot of food-related drama. In that time span, 13 seasons’ worth of aspiring chefs have cooked some amazing dishes (though, this is NOT Top Scallop, or Top Crudo, people), and some, well, not-so-amazing meals. Here’s the thing: There are a lot of reality competitions out there, but none of them are like Top Chef. Top Chef just helped them along that path.
