Cyclists and joggers are at loggerheads in Rakh Bagh, and the matter has reached the authorities of the municipal corporation (MC) after a cyclist, Rashi Nayyar, had given a complaint to the authorities after she was stopped from cycling at the track in Rakh Bagh.
