Chelsea vs PSG as it happened: Blues crash out of Champions League
Paris Saint-Germain replicated their 2-1 first leg win at Stamford Bridge to send Chelsea crashing out of the Champions League.
The Ligue 1 side drew first blood in the tie after Zlatan Ibrahimovic set up Adrien Rabiot, who was left unmarked at the far post to tap in the opener with just 16 minutes on the clock.
Chelsea got themselves back into the game and were rewarded when Diego Costa, who had had earlier chances to score just before the half-hour mark.
But Costa was forced to leave the pitch in the second half with an apparent injury, which paved the way for Bertrand Traore to come on.
But before the youngster could make an impact, PSG re-took the lead when Angel di Maria took advantage of some lax defending from Cesar Azpilicueta to cross the ball into the box for Ibrahimovic, who volleyed into the top of the net, as the French giants ran out 4-2 winners on aggregate.
