Naira crashes against dollar for the first time this week, checkout new rate
NAIJ.com findings on Wednesday, April 6, show that the naira has plummeted against the dollar in the black market.
This is coming after the Nigerian currency had remained firm for about five consecutive days (April 1 – 5)
According to our Bureau De Change (BDC) sources, the naira now trades for between N319 and N320 as against the N318 – N320 it was on Tuesday, April 5.

“Today, it is being sold at N319, although some are selling at N320. The rush to buy has reduced drastically this week.” one of BDC sources informed.
Another source told NAIJ.com: “As at this morning, the dollar trades at N320 but N319 in some places. It may not go below that in the nearest future but I’m even considering venturing into gold business anytime soon.”
