Former Congress MLA Gurpreet Singh Kangar has accused Bathinda's additional deputy commissioner (ADC) Parampal Kaur Sidhu, who is daughter-in-law of Punjab cabinet minister Sikander Singh Maluka, of playing politics over administrative matters related to safety and security of individuals.
