Violence during Jat agitation 'orchestrated'

While any commission or inquiry committee probing into incidents of violence in Haryana during the Jat agitation for reservation in February is yet to give its findings, a report by the Rohtak district and sessions judge (DSJ) mentioned that the arson and looting in Rohtak city were "well planned and orchestrated".
