Photo: The Chronicle Related Links Tacolicious signs deal for Santana Row, plus updates on ventures further south Starting this afternoon at 4 p.m., Bar San Pancho — Tacolicious owner Joe Hargrave‘s replacement for the shuttered Mission dumpling restaurant, Chino — will officially open for business. Leaving dumplings behind, Hargrave’s menu, which the chef/owner describes as bar food with a Mexican bent, will feature a number of booze-friendly eats, ranging from small bites and tacos to hearty tortas, like the Quesoburguesa ($13) — featuring a hamburger patty stuffed with chile con queso.
