Leaving dumplings behind, Hargrave’s menu, which the chef/owner describes as bar food with a Mexican bent, will feature a number of booze-friendly eats, ranging from small bites and tacos to hearty tortas, like the Quesoburguesa ($13) — featuring a hamburger patty stuffed with chile con queso.
