As family, friends, well-wishers and fans cried uncontrollably at his wake keeping service on Thursday, April 7, at KOGA studios, Oregun Ikeja, Lagos, famous Nigerian music artist J Martins, stormed the venue with two hefty bodyguards.
On seeing the entrance J Martins made while stepping into the venue, top comedian Gbenga Adeyinka, Weird Mc and Alariwo felt disgusted. Kemi Filani reported that, as soon as J Martins walked in he caught the attention of everyone at the wake keeping service.
They further reported that when J Martins arrived, he matched straight to the front row like he was reserved for him but on sighting him, Weird Mc immediately approached him saying, she would back that she needed to pick something from her seat.

Weird Mc who was seated on the same row with Gbenga Adeyinka and Alariwo was immediately beckoned on by Alariwo saying: “Sola, Sola, I must not see you go near that guy” as the comedian also obliged. In hearing that, Weird Mc replied saying: “I am not going anywhere o, I am just going back stage.”
This act of J Martins, made everyone ignore him till the end of the service except for Nomoreloss’ manager, Joyce Iyami who went down on her knees to greet him.
