Study: Southern California rents to see steep rise by 2018
LOS ANGELES (AP) — A university study sees a steep rise in Southern California apartment rents as population and job growth outpaces construction.
The Los Angeles Times (http://lat.ms/1Vly2O4 ) says the USC Casden Multifamily Forecast found the average rent in Los Angeles County is expected to reach $1,416 a month in 2018, an 8.3 percent increase from last year.
