After aggregators, food delivery bikes under RTO lens

When the two aggregators piloted bike taxis in March, RTOs launched a crackdown to book the vehicles for operating without permits. The transport department first issued a notice calling the service illegal and warning citizens not to use it. Later, officials booked some of these bike taxis using apps; nearly 80 vehicles were caught.
