(CNN) — A number of people were killed and injured in an explosion that rocked Kabul, Afghanistan Tuesday morning, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani said in a statement. Interior Ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqi tells CNN that a suicide car bomber caused the explosion.
