Ex-hospital official accused of sexually assault, voyeurism
The Connecticut Post reports (http://bit.ly/1qCXqkY) 62-year-old Barry Barkinsky, of Stamford, was arraigned Tuesday on four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and 10 counts of voyeurism.
Police say Barkinsky turned over 2,181 photographs he had secretly taken of at least a dozen nude men while he was performing a medical procedure on them.
