Judge dismisses class-action lawsuit in Flint water crisis
(AP) — A class-action lawsuit over Flint's contaminated water was dismissed Tuesday, with the judge saying constitutional claims by residents are barred by the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
U.S. District Judge John Corbett O'Meara said he wasn't making a decision on the merits of the lawsuit, which is one of dozens filed over lead in Flint's drinking water.
