Jury recommends life sentence for man convicted in slayings
AKRON, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio jury has recommended that a man convicted in the fatal shootings of his father and his two teenage children during a home invasion robbery on New Year's Eve 2013 be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Summit County jurors made the recommendation on Thursday, sparing 33-year-old Eric Hendon of the death penalty.
