|||Johannesburg - Kaizer Chiefs’ goalkeepers Itumeleng Khune and Brilliant Khuzwayo are back in training after both suffering from minor hamstring injuries.
In other medical news from the camp, defender Daniel Cardoso who injured his hand during last Saturday’s clash against Ajax Cape Town will undergo surgery. However, he won’t be out for long and will probably be available for Amakhosi’s next match against University of Pretoria on April 27. The match will take place at the Tuks Stadium (kick-off 7.30 pm).
Tsepo Masilela, who limped off the pitch during the Ajax encounter, sustained a strained muscle in his thigh. The medical team says he will be back within the next 10 days.
After the match against Tuks, Amakhosi will conclude the Tshwane trip with an appointment against the high-riding Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday, April 30 at 8.15pm. The encounter will be played at Atteridgeville’s Lucas Moripe Stadium.
