Group walks to raise veteran suicide awareness

A local Mission 22 group will hold a 22-mile walk from Landrum to Greer on Friday to raise awareness about the high suicide rate among American veterans. 27 veterans will make the trek through the rain on a heavily traveled state highway to highlight the issue.
