Shelton looks to replace superintendent who was arrested
(AP) — The Shelton school board is looking for an interim superintendent after the man who currently holds the job was accused of attacking his wife.
Board members say they expect to have a superintendent vacancy for the coming school year and have hired the recruiting firm McPherson and Jacobson to conduct a search, according to the Grand Island Independent (http://bit.ly/1WxZ1EQ ).
McPherson & Jacobson is the search firm that helped the Grand Island school board hire Tawana Grover as its new superintendent to succeed Rob Winter, who is retiring.
