Coco Crisp out of A’s lineup, might be available off bench

For the second game in a row, Coco Crisp was not in the A’s starting lineup, and manager Bob Melvin said Wednesday that Crisp was scheduled to see a doctor in the morning for a non-baseball reason.

Rich Hill will stay on regular rest and start Friday at Baltimore, and Jesse Hahn will be moved back a day to Saturday, with Kendall Graveman pitching the finale at Camden Yards on Sunday.
