A 4-year-old girl was raped and strangulated by a 25-year-old man inside an under construction house at Rajaulatu village under Namkum police station on Tuesday evening. The shocking incident ignited the villagers’ anger. The villagers tried to lynch the man, but he was rescued by the police.
