Man accused of being Peeping Tom arrested on new charge
HANOVER, Md. (AP) — Authorities say a man accused of being a Peeping Tom in a college building has been arrested for the same crime at a shopping mall.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that university police got an arrest warrant for Campbell.
