Bismarck man pleads not guilty to child pornography charges
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A Bismarck man is accused of coercing two minors into becoming victims of child pornography.
Marc Eichler is charged in federal court with seven counts, including production and receipt of materials depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. He has pleaded not guilty.
Authorities say the criminal activity occurred between December 2014 and October 2015.
Trial is scheduled for Aug. 1 in Bismarck.
Eichler's attorney, Bruce Quick, could not be reached for comment.
