After signing memorandum of understanding (MoU) with three city-based universities to give a boost to Smart City project in city, Varanasi Municipal Corporation (VMC) entered into a bilateral agreement with five foreign and domestic companies to seek technical support and expertise to develop Varanasi as a smart city.
