Mundo Deportivo reports that the Red Devils are now trying to agree a deal with the Brazilian before he decides to sign a new contract with Barcelona, which could then increase his release clause.
The source notes that United’s interest, which has been described as an ‘all-out offensive’, has been revived from last summer where they had a €192 million offer rejected by Barcelona.

According to the Brazilian’s agent Wagner Ribeiro, Neymar is happy but three clubs are still willing to sign him. Talks over a new deal have continually stalled, with links to Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and even Real Madrid subsequently surfacing.
“There are three big clubs in the world that want to sign Neymar and pay a clause of [approximately] €200m to Barcelona,” Ribeiro told Radio Jovem Pan.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have made their final contract offer to Neymar.
