Mobile man accused of shooting person twice in car
MOBILE, Ala. (AP) — Mobile police have accused a 22-year-old man of shooting into a vehicle, striking an unidentified victim in the chest and leg.
Al.com (http://bit.ly/29rMNul ) reports that Jermaine Miller is charged with second-degree assault and discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or vehicle.
Police say the incident occurred Tuesday night.
It is unclear whether Miller has an attorney.
