TULSA, Okla. — A motion for a hearing on whether a former Tulsa police officer’s fatal shooting of his daughter’s boyfriend was justified under Oklahoma’s “Stand Your Ground Law” has been withdrawn. The Tulsa World (http://bit.ly/297XeY4 ) reports that the motion was withdrawn Wednesday after a judge denied the defense’s request to reschedule the hearing.
