Congress on Thursday announced to go for a dawn-to-dusk bandh in the undivided Kalahandi, Bolangir and Koraput (KBK) districts on July 2 in protest against ruling BJD’s all-round failure and recent arrest of its tribal leader and former Nabarangapur MP Pradeep Majhi.
