Moscow will not lift its visa regime for Turkish citizens and will not ease its recommendation against tourist travel to the country despite Ankara's apology over the Su-24 downing and gradual rapprochement between the two countries, local Izvestia newspaper said Friday, citing a high-ranking Russian official.
