The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's (OSCE) representative on freedom of the media, Dunja Mijatoviс, on Friday welcomed the decision of a Turkish court to release journalist Erol Onderoglu charged with spreading terror propaganda, the OSCE said in a press release.
