Wales player evades a defender with a fancy move to score a stunning goal and help spur his team to a shocking victory
Wales beat Belgium 3-1 in the quarterfinals of Euro 2016 in a shocking win that will be remembered as one of the highlights of the tournament.
They were lifted to a 2-1 lead thanks to a lovely goal from Hal Robson-Kanu to help push his team ahead of Belgium, a deficit from which Belgium could never recover.
Robson-Kanu plays for the Welsh National Team and is a relative unknown, currently without a club team.
In the 55th minute, Robson-Kanu pulled off a move called the "Cruyff turn," named after Dutch legend Johan Cruyff. Those who can pull one off in-game are regarded as especially skilled.
After making the turn, he fired a rocket of a shot.
For a player who is currently without a club team (Reading dropped him at the end of this past season), Robson-Kanu looks pretty good.
Sam Vokes also scored to double Wales' lead and help them advance to their first semifinal in national team history. They'll face Portugal in that game on Wednesday.
