Pointing out that the project began nearly 5 years 4 months back, Karthik of DMK said the 30.05 crore project was sanctioned in March, 2011, but was yet to be completed. "This is not the only project that is delayed. Even the SIHS Colony rail over-bridge is yet to be completed," the DMK MLA said.
