The new three-star officer heading the Army Reserve made his first visit to Fort Bragg, N.C., since taking that position last week. Lt. Gen. Charles D. Luckey reported to Bragg for the first time since being confirmed to his new job. He met with Army Reserve Command soldiers Tuesday, and led an early-morning run around North Post on Wednesday.
