University of Wyoming offers retirement incentives

(AP) — The University of Wyoming is offering retirement incentives for certain employees as part of a plan to cut $35 million from the budget ending in 2018.

University vice president and general counsel Rick Miller told the Laramie Boomerang (http://bit.ly/29tpyhL) that the goal is to build a pool of vacancies.
