Created to address South Korea’s high suicide rate, "Death Experience/Fake Funeral" sessions are led by Mr. Kim Ki-ho, who started this program in 2002. Fifty adults who work at the Andong University in South Korea participated in the self-help seminar where they reflect on their lives by experiencing their own fake funeral. They write their biographies, choose their own funeral photo and finally lie in a coffin while meditating on life.
