Williston drafts new ordinance to eliminate crew camps
WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — Williston officials have finished drafting a new ordinance to eliminate oil field crew camps in city limits.
Federal Judge Daniel Hovland in June issued a preliminary injunction preventing Williston from enforcing a July 1 shut-down deadline.
