Pilot of crashed hot-air balloon had prior DWI offenses, driver's license suspended
LOCKHART , Texas, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- The pilot who died along with 15 passengers when his hot-air balloon crashed had past DWI offenses and a driver's license suspension in his past.
