A young black woman was dead and a 5-year-old hospitalized Monday as the result of a police shooting near Baltimore, Maryland. Korryn Shandawn Gaines was fatally shot in Randallstown after officers arrived at her home to serve an arrest warrant on her and a man who lived with her.
