Number of N. Korean defectors up 15.6 pct on-year in Jan-July: ministry
SEOUL, Aug. 2 (Yonhap) -- About 815 North Koreans defected to South Korea in the first seven months of this year, up 15.6 percent from the same period last year, the unification ministry said Tuesday.
The seven-month figure marks a turnaround in t
