Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to discuss the Russian-Turkish economic cooperation and crisis that engulfed bilateral relations after last year's downing of the Russian Su-24 jet, during the meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on August 9, Erdogan said Tuesday.
