German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel has hit back at Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu over Ankara's demands for visa-free access to the EU claiming the EU will not be blackmailed by Turkey, in a sign of increasing diplomatic disagreement over the EU-Turkey migrant deal.
