Man ruled not criminally responsible for shooting wife

WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) — A man whom a judge ruled was not criminally responsible for shooting his wife in the neck has been released from jail.

Sluder's attorney, Lawrence Greenberg, tells The Sun that his client was using Chantix, a prescription drug to help with smoking cessation.
