'Megastructure sun' is dimming; aliens could still be the reason
We all want it to be an alien civilization building a megastructure around a sun to fuel its expansion throughout its neck of the galaxy. There, I've said it. And while actual scientists are putting aliens at the bottom of the list for what could be causing the strange behavior of "Tabby's star" or KIC 8462852, aliens just can't be kicked off that list.
