NORTHWOOD, Ohio — Authorities in Ohio say a driver was trying to switch seats with a passenger when their van crashed and rolled over, injuring 10 teens from Michigan. The State Highway Patrol says the crash happened early Tuesday on Interstate 75 near Toledo while the group was coming home from Cedar Point amusement park.
