Sixteen years after Naveen Patnaik assumed the state’s reign, Odisha still portrays a story of abject poverty and deprivation. In a reflection of its starving mass, the state has the highest prevalence of undernourished male and under-weight female, the latest Annual Health Survey (AHS) Part II said.
