Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said that Russia, unlike the US, "has fulfilled its obligation to enforce the ceasefire regime on Syrian territory" following the ceasefire announcement made by Russian and US diplomats in Geneva on September 9.
