INDIANAPOLIS — Longtime state official Carolene Mays-Medley is recovering after suffering an aneurysm. Recorder Media Group, publisher of the Indianapolis Recorder newspaper, says the 55-year-old suffered the aneurysm at home Tuesday, was rushed to a hospital and underwent surgery.
