Algeria counts on the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to take a decision on freezing or reducing oil output at the organization's upcoming meeting in capital Algiers, Algeria's Energy and Mining Minister Noureddine Bouterfa said Sunday.
